Robert William Fisher was added to the FBI Top 10 Most Wanted List in 2002. After his wife Mary Cooper Fisher, their 12 year old daughter Brittney Fisher and their 10 year old son Bobby Fisher were found in their home after an explosion burned down the house.
Robert William Fisher disappeared on April 10, 2001 and has not been seen or heard from since.
His car was found in the desert near Scottsdale, AZ along with his dog Blue…there is NO sign of him since.

Hi, today is May 6, 2019. There is a transient here in a medium size town in Florida that I encountered and strongly resembles ROBERT WILLIAM FISHER. I went online and made long distance calls to Scottsdale and Phoenix, Washington DC, The Hunt John Walsh line I couldn’t even get through because of a survey. I left messages local police no return phone calls and no emails no calls from FBI eastern coast tip line none from Phoenix line either. It is literally divine providence I typed in Robert William Fisher name just minutes ago for going through the videos hoping to get hold of someone else to reach out to and to my surprise saw date May 2 of Melissa Ellen video and watched and wrote down this site info and came on here to post. I did have a detective from Scottsdale email/call me. What I am frustrated with ya’ll is that I was told they just can’t pick this guy up and run his fingerprints!!!!!!!!!!!?!!???????? So I need to vent here and need some assistance. This transient that came here homeless off of Interstate I75 HAS NO I.D. So, how is it that these FBI etc. TV shows tell us public call and we expect action? I’m not critical nor sarcastic of them but I believe this is Robert William Fisher. I got two covert cell photos of him emailed them to the detective. He contacted a detective here who has not called me so o.k. he is busy and liaison with the Arizona detective and I was told apparently from his contact with the local detective that they referring to here locally can’t just pick him up and take him in and run his fingerprints. Can anyone out there get on this legal check it out? Also, that since they (locally) don’t have anything on him nor anything he’s done yet they can’t bring him in for fingerprint check. So, listen yall, I went in person in to their police department officer spent about 3 minutes, no exaggeration just right in the lobby few notes and said if she didn’t feel like she thought he looked like fugitive there would be nothing she could do and abruptly walked off. Well later I learned she did come out here but come on for real? A marked cop car? A cop uniform? She asked questions about him and left. I never got a call back from that Monday civic exercise. I called left messages to please call me, nothing. Finally, I get hold of her on that Saturday and she got on to.me for my messages(3 over the week) and not to call her again that she did answer my questions though confirming she came out here and asked around and he wasn’t here and that’s all she could do, ma’am I checked it out and I need to go. Wow!!! No detective/ undercover involvement at all. Like I was an inconvenience and imposition. So next day I run into “Robert” again, he has shaved all if his moustache close cropped beard and changed his hairstyle and taken to wearing a baseball cap and brought up hey some female cop was out here yesterday do you know why they were looking for me? Well since I am not telling anyone it is me I said oh probably about your dog sometimes out here in RV park dogs get off their leash or barking well she’s obviously gone so it can’t be important. He said I feel like somebody trying to set me up? I said Why are you talking like that? All you got to do is show your I.D. He said I don’t have any I.D. which I remembered that from when he first got here. I then said well they’ll help you get replacement I.D. he said no I’m better off without any. So then he had to go clean out one of the vacant RV’s for odd job comp old RV they letting him stay in plus a little cash. Point: he was spiijed by the uniform cop. He changed his appearance immediately. I’ve got to go somewhere and when I get back I’ll post again details and info I gleaned talking to this man. Before I go the following matches: height, white but light coloring, blue eyes, physically fit but very lean (if he has disease or nutritional deficiencies??leaness) but the shoulders collarbone conditioning if physical fitness matches. His tapered slender nose, jaw, dimples, forehead, facial dimensions. Oh not photos small unique small what called widow’s peak forehead hairline matches this guy same place same peak. The ears match on his right the top ear little Spock like ears back same shape matched. Observing him behind sunglasses breadth of chest same shoulders back length of torso same, waist size same from thighs to knees length match, knees to ankles length match the proportionality of the body. Oh and that walk and same walk off FBI video how his knees move when he walks and the slender like wrists like on a woman we would say graceful shaped not sexist but how he holds arms long arms same way in video palm downward not hands sideway same as video. Oh check this he had a dog, a black one same height built as Blue he calls Gonzo after the.Muppet character. Same attachment to this dog. When I return tell y’all more…and he had been living in Tennessee. He is using an alias and his answers to questions about family on Easter. Pray, pray pray for law enforcement bring him in. I’ll tell about control and demonic there is a demonic force that is hindering these fine professional law enforcement from effective picking him up. I gotta go but will be back on tonight even late.

WOW…I can’t think of much else to say for a moment…WOW…ok so you tried local…did you tried the Phoenix FBI Field Office direct @ (623) 466-1999 or their address OR Call 1-800-CALLFBI (225-5324) for the Major Case Contact Center OR https://tips.fbi.gov/ sending you good luck…BE CAREFUL!!! Do NOT put yourself in harms way….I can imagine how many tips they get, I am sure it is frustrating when you feel strongly…keep afar and keep contacting law enforcement. Praying
